LEO-CHILL PACKAGED DA SERIES OXYGEN PLANT CHILLERS

LEO-CHILL range of DA Series Chillers is the latest version of packaged chillers designed and
        tailored to specifically meet Oxygen & Nitrogen manufacturing Industries.

LEO-CHILL range of DA Series Chillers has been engineered to offer Many Features in a Compact,
        Space constraint design.

DA Series Chillers range is built with advance Dependable Controls, which give optimum performance
        under variable operating conditions.

The DA Series Refrigeration unit has 2 specially designed evaporators, which are tested at 70 kg
        pressure.

Evaporator 1 is for 1st stage where air from compressor enters into the evaporator at 22°C and is
        reduced to 10°C, and is moisture free.

Evaporator 2 is for 2nd stage where air from drier enters into the evaporator 2,And the temperature
        is reduced from 15 to 16°C to 7°C, and subsequently entersthe Molecular Sieve Column for further
        process.

Complete Electrical and refrigeration protection and to ensure Precise process Fluid Temperatures a
       Microprocessor based Controller is standard in all DA Series range of Chillers.

All Wiring and Refrigeration circuits are Colour Coded for quick and simple servicing.

Well-designed, easy to operate, In built Control Panel incorporating fuses, Switchgears, Terminal
       connectors with full function control. Micro processor temperature Controller Gauges with protection
       HP/LP switch (Alco), Expansion through High quality Dual Danfoss Expansion valve, LED display for
       fault detection.

The DA Series are also available for larger oxygen production systems viz, 400, 500, 600, 1200.
