LEO-CHILL REFRIGERATED AIR CHILLER

Cooling the plastic container is the longest and most critical part of the solidification process. The fact that the mold only removes heat from the outside surface of the container causes material stress and extended cooling time in the mold.

LEO-CHILL internal cooling system Compressed Air System (CAS) replaces regular blowing air with
         chilled compressed air (-18°C) inside the container during the blowing cycle.

Process air volume from 68 Nm³/h to 136 Nm³/h with pressure up to 30 KG.

The new range of air chiller has an integral after cooler in-order to remove water from the compressed Air with auto drain         facility.
